The ideal candidate should be an experienced, assertive individual with strong administration and good interpersonal skills. 

 

Requirements:
Matric
Minimum 5 years’ experience in the Short-term Insurance Industry
Must be FAIS qualified with the necessary Regulatory Exams already completed. 

 

Responsibilities and duties will include but are not limited to:
•    Personal and Commercial Claims
•    Appointing of Assessors
•    Authorizing repairs/replacements

• Obtaiing quotations

• Managing customer complaints

•    Liaising with clients/relevant service providers  

• Authorizing of claims in conjunction with management
